The term Gasshuku, meaning “training camp”, conjures up a special feeling of camaraderie and learning through sweat and perseverence!

Remember to bring:
- Karate dogi and obi (uniform and belt)
- Karate T-shirt (official dojo T-shirt)
- Sunscreen and hat
- Runners and thongs
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Bo (Martial arts wooden stick – minimum 1.5m or your height, whichever is greatest)
- Snacks
- Extra clothes (T-shirts and shorts)
- Lots of Energy and Karate spirit!
- Smiles and Enthusiasm!
- NO telephones or other hand-held technology required – leave your mobile phones or handheld games with your parents ! 😊
Program:
- 08:00 – All to arrive
- 08:15 to 11:00 – Morning training
- 11:00 to 12:00 – Free Time
- 12:00 to 1pm – Karate Q & A
- 1pm to 3pm – Afternoon training
- 3pm to 4pm – Free Time
- 4pm to 6pm – Evening training
- 6pm to 8pm – Relax and Movie
